Working in the fitness industry helped me understand how interconnected the body stuff is with what's going on upstairs.

Physical movement and exercise has been shown to benefit mental health in study after study.  Many people want to achieve physical improvement as part of their goal in our work together, so it makes sense to use walking, jogging, stretching and other movement modalities during our time together in session.  Changes in energy that naturally happen with exercise bring added value to our therapeutic work together.
